The deep pink buds of 'Horizon Monarch' open into huge gorgeous flowers which are pink on the outside and pale yellow on the inside and up to 10cm across during spring, contrasting beautifully with the glossy dark green leaves which can reach 18cm in length.
Grown as a standard, this is a superb specimen plant for a large container and also perfect for the dappled shade of a woodland border where the huge, stunning flowers shine out against the glorious foliage.
